Purpose
The Communicable Diseases Clinic provides testing and treatment for communicable diseases. These communicable diseases include tuberculosis(TB), meningitis, foodborne illnesses, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and Lyme Disease.
Availability
These services are provided by appointment Monday-Friday from 8:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm-4:00pm.
Eligibility
Anyone is eligible to receive these services.
